Attachment and Trauma-Focused Therapy for Adults and Couples

It is vital for therapists to know how to assess and treat attachment and trauma symptoms and conditions when helping adults and couples. Clients often bring prior traumatic experiences and attachment patterns into their adult lives and relationships, resulting in emotional pain and preventing safety, security, trust, and stability in intimate relationships. This webinar will focus on the assessment and treatment of attachment wounds and traumatic conditions, and specific clinical interventions which create positive change and healing for adults and couples. Specific topics will include using the Life Script as an assessment tool and Attachment Communication Training as a treatment intervention. Clinical videos of actual therapy sessions will illustrate this change process.
